Samsung Digital Scroll Air-conditioning Technical Performance Introduction

1、            电磁干扰、辐射性

1. Electromagnetic interference and radiation

在很多国家，特别是欧洲，对任何设备产生的电磁干扰都有很严格的规定。变频空调在频率转换过程中产生的高磁谐波，无论对人还是对精密仪器都是非常有害的。

DVM PLUS Ⅲ 运行不需要对电源频率进行改变，压缩机只是简单的负载和卸载的机械运动，不会产生干扰性电磁波造成电源污染及辐射污染而影响其他设备正常运作，这样不仅避免投资昂贵的电磁干扰消除设备，还大大降低了电磁辐射对人体的危害，使系统更加简捷、健康、可靠。

In many countries, especially in Europe，there are very stringent requirements on electromagnetic interference from any equipment. High magnetic harmonics generated in the frequency-changing course of variable freqency air- conditioner is very harmful to human being and precision instruments. DVM PLUS Ⅲ operation requires no change of frequency of power supply. 2. Antibacterial and Clean Body

All indoor unit evaporators of DVM PLUS Ⅲ digital central air-conditioning system have antibacterial function, and are no longer confined to the antibacterial air filter nets, and realize antimicrobial role to the air-conditioning inside which is difficult to clean and effectively resist the bacteria reproduction. Its antibacterial function not only obtains the SF (Sanitary Finished) certification in South Korea, and also has been proven by AMDEL Institute of Australia in the world-renowned testing center.

3. High Conductivity of Fin

Samsung has developed a diamond plate-pin fin with smooth thermal conductivity, which has greatly enhanced the efficiency of heat conduction of heat exchanger.

室内机机身内部装有双重隔热材料，制冷时不易结露，不会造成污染天花等情况发生，室外机机身和翅片经过特殊防腐处理，特别适合海边环境，能有效提高使用寿命。

4. Equipment Safety

Indoor unit body is equipped with double insulation material and condensation is difficult to happy when refrigeration, and will not cause ceiling pollution, etc.Outdoor unit body and fins are conducted special anti-corrosion treatment and are especially for the seaside environment, can effectively improve serving life. DVM PLUS Ⅲ system has high intensification level and requires no special engine room compared to the large-scale water system central air conditioning, saving more space and creating more income for the owners.

5、节能性

DVMDVM PLUS Ⅲ 系统通过数码涡旋压缩机的容量输出范围是10%—100%，这是工业领域内最宽广的，并且在这一范围内可以无级输出任何容量。相比变频、变压技术的分级输出，更进一步的保证空调系统的高效性。另外，压缩机开开停停的运行方式将比正常连续运行消耗更多的能量，而DVM PLUS Ⅲ 大调节范围减少了压缩机开停的次数，大大提高空调系统的季节能效比。

5. Energy Conservation

The output range of the energy of DVMDVM PLUS Ⅲ system which passes the digital scroll compressor is 10% -100%, which is the broadest energy output in the industrial field, and can conduct infinitive stage of energy outputin this range. Compared to variable frequency and transform technology stage output, it further guarantees high efficient air conditioning system. In addition, the compressor open-and-stop operation can consume more energy than the normal continuous operation does. However DVM PLUS Ⅲ’s big adjustment range reduces the open-and-stop frequency of the compressor and greatly enhances SEER of the air-conditioning system.

6、压缩机损耗小

DVM PLUS Ⅲ 在负载状态下压缩机消耗满负荷功率，但在卸载状态下压缩机是无负载的，其功耗最大值约为满负载功率的10%左右，也就是说总损耗只有10%。而变频变压型的压缩机在交流直流变换过程中将会有：10%的变频损耗，5～10%的马达损耗，总的变换损耗将达到15～20%；而DVM PLUS Ⅲ 直接采用交流电，无中间耗电装置，变频无法避免的损耗问题得到了很好解决。

6. Low-loss Compressor

DVMDVM PLUS Ⅲ compress consumes full-load power in loaded condition but has no load in non-loaded condition with the maximum power comsumption of about 10% of full-load power, which is to say that the gross loss is only 10%. However, the variable-frequence voltage compressor will in AC-to- DC transformation process be: 10% of variable frequency loss, 5 ~ 10% of motor loss with the total loss to be up to 15 to 20 per cent; the direct use of AC to DVM PLUS Ⅲ has no intermediate power devices, and that the variable frequency loss could not be avoidable has been completedly solved.

7、环保健康、温度响应更迅速

一个好的多联机系统，应能够以最快的速度让房间降温或升温来达到设定温度，而且它也要能够非常快的响应设定温度的变化或其它蒸发器的开停。而DVM PLUS Ⅲ 系统可以通过改变负载和卸载的周期时间来实现容量瞬时的从100%到10%的容量变化或者相反过程，所以它能对系统需求的变化做出最快的反应，而不需要经过变频系统所需的中间逐级过渡的缓慢过程。

7. Envrioment-friendly, Healthy with more rapid temperature response

A good multi-online system should be able to achieve setting of temperature through the fastest cooling or rising of room temperature, and it should be able to maek a very fast response to changes of temperature settings or open and stop of other evaporators. DVM PLUS Ⅲ system can achieve instantaneous capacity change from 100% to 10% or the opposite process by changing the cycle time of loading and unloading.So, it can make the fastest response to the changes of system requirments without the necessary slow transition process step by step of the variable frequency system.

8、除湿性

除湿性的好坏是保证用户舒适性的一个关键，尤其是在低负荷运行时。在变频系统中，低负荷运行时，压缩机会工作在很低的频率下，制冷剂流量减少，从而导致吸气压力增加，其结果使显热比升高。DVM PLUS Ⅲ 系统提供了非常好的除湿性，因为它与变频系统相比具有较低的吸气压力。在任一百分比容量运行时，处于负载状态的压缩机全负荷运行，从而导致较低的平均吸气压力，得到较低的显热比；这一性能使其完全适合于南方各种气候特点。 

8. Dehumidification

Good dehumidification is the key guarantee of the users’ comfort especially in the low-load operation. In the variable frequency system, the compressor will work at a very low frequency in the low-load operation and the refrigerant flow is decreased, resulting in increased inspiratory pressure and higher sensible heat factor.DVM PLUS Ⅲ provide a very good dehumidification, because it has a lower inspiratory pressur compared to the variable frequency system. As operating under a percentage of capacity, the compressor in the loaded condition can operate at full capacity, resulting in lower average inspiratory pressure and a reatively lower sensible heat factor; this performance make it fit for various climatic characteristics of the South completely.

9、数码技术

10. Flexible System Control

Through the use of multiple controllers, a variety of control demands can be achieved, the diversity of control methods and multi-control methods can be integrated in use.

a、单独控制：

每一台室内机均配有有线遥控器，对单台室内机进行个别控制；可选择不同运行模式，对温度、风量等参数进行调节，并能够实现定时开关及故障代码显示等功能；界面清晰美观、操作简单方便。

a. Independent control

Each indoor unit is equipped with wired remote and individual control applys to a single indoor unit; different operating modes can be chosen to adjust the temperature, air flow and other parameters, and to achieve timing switch and fault code display functions; it has clear and aesthetic interface and  simple and convenient operation.

b、成组控制：

可以通过1只有线遥控器，对1组室内机（最多16台）进行成组控制。

ｃ、集中控制：

通过ON/OFF集中控制器对多台室内机(最多16组256台)进行统一开关操作，还可利用功能集中控制器对多台室内机(最多16组256台)进行运行模式，温度设定等多种功能的集中控制。

b. Batch Control:
A line remote control can conduct batch control of a group of indoor unit (up to 16).
c. Centralized Control:
Through ON / OFF centralized controller, conduct unified switching operation of multi-set indoor units (up to 256 sets in 16 groups), and the functional centralized controller can be also used for operation mode of multi-set indoor units (up to 256 sets in 16 groups), temperature settings and other functions of centralized control.

ｄ、Web接入控制：

DMS支持Web接入访问，可以直接通过Internet,利用IE或其它浏览器，使用户和管理人员随时随地可以对与DMS所连接的空调系统进行监测、管理和控制。

d. Web Access Control:
DMS supports web access visit and can utilize IE and other browsers direct through the Internet, so that the users and administrators anywhere to monitor, manage and control the air-conditioning system connected with DMS.

ｅ、触摸式智能集中控制器SNET i：

SNET i 是触摸式智能集中控制器，主要用于中小型现场，可实现空调运行模式监控、电力管理、用户信息管理、日程管理、系统设定等，一个SNET i 控制器最多可以连接4个DMS，其控制室内机的台数多达256台。

e.Touch Intelligent Controller SNET i:
SNET i is touching intelligent controller, mainly for small and medium-sized sites, and can realize monitoring, power management, customer information management, schedule management, system configuration, etc., of the  air-conditioning operation mode. A SNET i controller can connect up to four DMS, and the control room indoor unit can be up to 256 sets.

ｆ、SNET ⅢI软件控制：

三星DVM数码中央空调系统通过DVM-SNET ⅢI程序建立起来一个智能管理系统，一套SNET ⅢI最多可以连接16个DMS，能对256个群组(最多4096台室内机)进行控制，由于采用以太网技术，所以可以不受通信距离的限制，通过SNET ⅢI既可以对个别机组单独控制、分区控制，也可以对系统内所有的机组进行统一控制, 实现房间控制、系统监测、循环监测、维护监测、日程控制、分区控制等多角度的管理模式，并能够实现电力分户计量。

f. SNET Ⅲ I Software Control:
Samsung DVM digital central air-conditioning system establishes an intelligent management system through DVM-SNET Ⅲ prgramme. A set of SNET Ⅲ I can connect up to 16 DMS and control 256 groups (up to 4096 indoor sets). Because the introduction of Ethernet Net technology, we can be free from distance limitations and can through SNET Ⅲ not only realize control independent control and zoning control of individual unit, but also unified control of all the units of the system to achieve multi-angle management mode such as control room control, system monitoring, cycle monitoring, maintenance monitoring, control of agenda, zoning control, etc, and to achieve household metering of power.

Ｊ、楼宇自控系统和家庭网络系统的接入：

三星DVM PLUS Ⅲ数码中央空调可通过RS485、PLC（电力通信）、Lonworks、BACnet等协议与楼宇自控系统(BMS)或家庭网络系统连接，从而实现楼宇的智能化集中控制管理。

J. Building Automation System and Household Network System Access:
Samsung DVM PLUS Ⅲ digital central air conditioning can connect the Building Automation System (BMS), or household networking system through RS485, PLC (Power Communication), Lonworks, BACnet and other protocols to achieve the intelligent centralized control of building management.
